We are so excited to welcome you to our 2027 IDRPalooza and are thrilled to spend this time celebrating you and your accomplishments for the 2026 year! You should be proud of your hard work; I know that we are. Each of you who have qualified have had to put in the work, overcome obstacles, and embraced the change and challenges that have been thrown your way.

 

You have allowed IDR to grow, change, and adapt. We are thankful for your dedication and commitment to IDR!

 

You are, without a doubt, the best of the best. We are proud and humbled to have you on our team and to have you join us at this year’s IDRPalooza in Playa del Carmen. Thank you for Being a Boss, Making It Happen, Going All In, and Never Settling. You have inspired all of those that work alongside you to aim higher, including your leadership team.
